- Addressing lawn diseases and insect control.
- Landscape Maintenance:
- Pruning and trimming shrubs and trees.
- Mulching flower beds and other landscape areas.
- Installation of seasonal color (flowers).
- Maintenance of irrigation systems.
- Seasonal Services:
- Spring and fall cleanups, including leaf removal.
- Seasonal planting and flower installations.
- Preventative Maintenance
- Identify and address potential issues
- Repair items before they become issues
- Additional Services:
- Addressing accessibility concerns.
- Hardscape management (walkways, patios, etc.).
- Tree maintenance and pruning.
- Communication and Compliance:
- Following the HOA’s landscaping guidelines and rules.
- Communicating with the HOA board or landscape committee.
- Addressing residents’ questions or concerns about landscaping.
